007-05

I remember
That is not the problem

I remember what was said
I remember what was done

But I stopped
Turning memory
Into currency

I do not forget
I do not deny

I just refuse
To charge interest
On pain

No inner ledger
No quiet balance sheet
No secret file
For the next argument

What happened stays true
What hurt stays named

But it no longer
Decides the future

Love remembers
Without weaponizing

Love sees clearly
Without collecting debt

No archive
For later use

No capital
From wounds

This is not innocence
This is release
