040-05

I curse the day that I was born
My life is pain from dusk till dawn
I cry to heaven, but no reply
My tears fall silent in the sky

My friends all judge, they point their finger
They say my sin must be the trigger

I will argue with my God
I will lay my case before His throne
Though He slay me, I will trust
But first I will speak what must be said

Oh that I knew where I might find Him
That I might come even to His seat
