101-02 · "Prophum: Piled on Him"Im Hörmodus öffnen ↗
1
He did not break the sky with fire
He did not come to guard the throne
He did not cling to the height
But walked into the dust alone
Kenosis
He took the servant's form and entered the dirt
2
We built a machine of vengeance
A grid of endless retaliation
But He didn't pull the sword
He stood in the center of the short circuit
3
And it was piled on Him
The weight of the broken world
The iniquity of us all
He absorbed the strike
He took the voltage of the fall
Piled on Him
Down in the dust
4
They mocked the King who wouldn't fight
They laughed at the silence of the Lamb
But He was laying the foundation
Bleeding out the anger of the land
The zero point
The bottom of the grave
He carried the weight
